Front Office Executive
Job Description: To co-ordinate all front of the house, guest service activities providing star hotel services. As a member of the Front Office Team, person would be responsible for active co-ordination of service delivery processes to ensure customer delight. Should have a friendly, extroverted personality with good oral and written communication skills. Should be a team player and can manage relationships with peers and seniors smoothly and without unnecessary hiccups. Position would report to the Front Office Manager.
Desired Profile: A graduate in any discipline with an excellent command over spoken English. Has good written communication skills. Well groomed and poised. Socially comfortable in formal and informal situations. Able to work on shifts. Prior experience as a member of Hotels would be a definite asset & Luxury hospitality experience would also be a definite plus Ideally aged between 21 to 28 years, mature with significant experience in handling VVIP customers and senior industrialists and corporate executives.
Accontant / Store-Keeper
Job Description : To maintain a daily record of all financial transactions. The position would also look after Stores and Purchase functions on a daily basis. All normal activities such as banking, receiving, issues, payments, ordering, petty cash handling and writing up the accounts on VAT compliant Tally would be required.
Desired Profile: B.Com with about 4 to 5 years of experience in Accounts with a good company or have worked with a C.A. Comfortable with working on Tally and normal computer Excel and MS Word packages. Some exposure to stores / purchase would be desirable. Pl apply if based in Bangalore & take up the job immediately.
Cashier
Job Description : Responsible for cash transactions at hotel and its outlets. All normal activities related to cash handling, such as banking, receiving, issues, payments.
Desired Profile: B.Com with about 2 to 3 years of experience in cash with a good company (preferably hotel) Comfortable with working on IDS and normal computer Excel and MS Word packages. Some exposure to stores / purchase would be desirable. Pl apply if based in Bangalore & take up the job immediately.
