The versatility of the virtual office environment is its great strength - you pay only for what you need, when you need it. And Evoma have designed a number of packages so that you can find just the right one to suit your business.
Services that comprise the Virtual Office Environment include:
Business Address
The Virtual Office gives you a business address in India you can use to receive mail and put on your business cards, letterheads and other company material
Mail Notification
Evoma will handle all your post and notify you, free of charge, by e-mail when correspondence arrives. Evoma will also give you information on the received mail or couriered packages.
If you prefer, Evoma can notify you through SMS. This service is charged at actuals, on a monthly basis.
Mail Self-Collection Option
Evoma can hold your post ready for you to collect it at your convenience (please bring a proof of identity).
Please note that post cannot be kept for longer than 180 days.
Weekly Mail Forwarding
For the utmost convenience, all post and couriered items can be forwarded every Thursday (or the next working day if a holiday) to your chosen address, by Evoma's nominated couriers. This will be charged at actuals, and billed monthly.
Dedicated Phone Line
With your virtual office, Evoma provides an actual phone line - dedicated to use by your business. During normal office hours, all calls will be answered by professional staff in your company name. The line will never be busy when your clients call, and will never go unanswered. All inbound calls are free and call forwarding is only charged at actuals.

Shared Fax Line
You can receive faxes at your Virtual Office, and these can be sent immediately to your email address or kept for collection, free of charge. Alternatively, Evoma can forward your faxes to another number, charged only at actuals.
Message Transfer via Email or SMS
Immediately they're received, Evoma will forward your messages to you via email, free of charge. You can also receive your messages through SMS, charged at actuals and billed monthly. All according to your convenience.
Office Facilities
A complete suite of facilities is at your disposal with your Evoma Virtual Office: photocopying and faxing, scanning, laser printing, and secretarial services.
Office Space
Actual office space is available with your Virtual Office package - from board rooms to one office desk, with 24/7 access and free Wi-Fi broadband internet access, whatever you need Evoma can provide.
Client Restriction
International and Indian clients can all register an Evoma Virtual Office or Virtual Office Plus. The Virtual Office Entrepreneur package is constrained to businesses based in India.
